摘要 随着贸易自由化的深入和经济全球化的快速发展,我国与日本的贸易往来越来越频繁。然而,受日本国内经济衰退影响,日本国内贸易保护主义抬头。为保护日本国内商人利益和民族工业,日本颁布了技术性贸易壁垒。近年来,技术性贸易壁垒逐渐成为影响中日经贸关系的重要因素,严重阻碍了我国出口贸易的发展,导致中国企业对日出口贸易热情不断减退,对我国经济发展产生愈发明显的影响。本文旨在对日本的技术性贸易壁垒的概念、形成及种类进行简单的梳理,分析我国受到的技术性贸易壁垒影响的现实情况,在此基础上提出一些应对之策。 With the deepening of trade liberalization and the rapid development of economic globalization,China's trade with Japan is becoming more and more frequent.However,affected by the domestic economic recession,Japan's domestic trade protectionism is on the rise.In order to protect the interests of domestic businessmen and national industry and other reasons,Japan promulgated close to harsh technical barriers to trade.In recent years,technical barriers to trade(TBT)have gradually become an important factor affecting the economic and trade relations between China and Japan,seriously hindering the development of China's export trade,leading to the continuous decline of the enthusiasm of Chinese enterprises for export trade with Japan,which has a more and more obvious impact on China's economic development.The purpose of this paper is to sort out the concept,formation and types of Japan's TBT,analyze the reality of TBT in China,and put forward some countermeasures.
