摘要 城市是社会文明的重要载体,安全高效的城市管理决定社会发展层次,特别是公共安全应急管理体系作用的发挥,将成为城市未来发展必须考虑的问题。但受各种因素的影响,我国城市公共安全应急管理体系仍然滞后,急需加以改进和完善。鉴于此,本文对城市公共安全风险治理进行了系统的研究,首先对我国公共安全风险治理体系现存的主要问题及原因进行了详细的分析,在此基础上,从顶层设计、机制建设等方面进行探究,并结合实际提出了针对性的完善建议,以期为推进城市公共安全管理提供有益参考。 The city is an important carrier of social civilization.Safe and efficient urban management determines the level of development,especially the role of public safety emergency management system,which will be considered in the future development of cities.However,affected by various complex factors,the emergency management system of urban public security in China is still lagging behind and needs to be improved.In view of this,this paper makes a systematic study on the urban public security risk governance.Firstly,it makes a detailed analysis of the existing main problems and causes of the public security risk governance system in China.On this basis,it deeply digs from the top-level design,mechanism construction and other aspects,and puts forward targeted improvement suggestions combined with the actual situation,so as to provide reference for promoting urban public security management Useful reference.
