影响教育机会公平感的宏观结构因素及其十年变迁——基于CGSS2005与CGSS2015的比较

摘要 学术界对教育公平的关注重点在客观教育公平,对主观教育公平则关注较少。主观教育公平是教育公平的价值追求,在客观教育公平状况逐渐改善基础上,应获得更多关注。基于CGSS2005和CGSS2015数据的logit模型结果发现,城乡、地区和民族三个宏观结构变量均显著影响教育机会公平感。但与客观公平状况不一致的是,在2015年,相对于农村居民、中西部地区居民和少数民族居民来说,在客观上处于相对优势地位的城市居民、东部地区居民和汉族居民的教育机会公平感更低。从2005年到2015年的十年间,教育机会公平感总体下降,教育机会公平感城乡差异没有显著变化,地区差异和民族差异变化显著。其中,东部地区民众的教育机会公平感大幅下降,中东部地区差异逐步扩大;汉族和少数民族教育机会公平感变化幅度相近,但变化方向相反,表现为汉族教育机会公平感下降明显,而少数民族则同幅度上升。 The academic circles focus on the equity of objective educational,but pay less attention to the equity of subjective educational.The equity of subjective educational is the value pursuit of educational equity and should achieve more attention on the basis of the gradual improvement of objective educational equity.The result of“Logit model”based on CGSS2005 and CGSS2015 data shows that three macro structures about Urban,Region and Nation all affect the equality of educational opportunity significantly.But it's not consistent with the equity of objective,in 2015,compared with the residents in country,in the central and western regions and in national minority.Objectively speaking,the residents in a relatively advantageous position have a lower sense of equity in educational opportunity.During the decade from 2005 to 2015,there was an overall decline in equity of educational opportunity and no significant change in the equity between urban and rural area,regional difference and nationality.The equity of educational opportunity in the eastern region has decreased significantly,and the differences between the central and eastern regions have gradually widened.The change range of Han nationality and minority nationality's equity of educational opportunity is similar,but the change direction is opposite,for Han nationality,the equity of educational opportunity decreased obviously,while for the minority nationality,it increased to the same extent.
