摘要 通过COMSOL仿真软件模拟了以地聚物基泡沫混凝土和真空绝热板为原材料制备的地聚物基泡沫混凝土屋面保温系统。确定了地聚物基泡沫混凝土屋面保温系统的构造形式,通过COMSOL仿真软件计算出夏热冬暖地区宜采用115 mm地聚物基泡沫混凝土+20 mm真空绝热板+115 mm地聚物基泡沫混凝土的屋面保温系统构造,满足传热系数0.2 W/(m2·K)的要求。严寒地区采用140 mm地聚物基泡沫混凝土+20 mm真空绝热板+140 mm地聚物基泡沫混凝土的屋面保温系统构造,满足传热系数0.15 W/(m2·K)的要求。 A COMSOL simulation software was used to simulate a geopolymer-based foamed concrete roofing insulation system prepared with geopolymer-based foamed concrete and vacuum insulation panels as raw materials.The construction form of geopolymer-based foamed concrete roof insulation system was determined.The COMSOL simulation software was used to calculate the structure of 115 mm geopolymer-based foam concrete+20 mm vacuum insulation board+115 mm geopolymer-based foam concrete.To meet the requirements of 0.2 W/(m2·K).The structure of 140 mm geopolymer-based foam concrete+20 mm vacuum insulation board+140 mm geopolymer-based foam concrete is used in severe cold areas,which meets the requirements of a heat transfer coefficient of 0.15 W/(m2·K).
