摘要 针对机制砂超高性能混凝土水胶比极低,后期干燥收缩较大等问题,探究了SAP内养护效果对混凝土工作性能、力学性能及耐久性的影响。研究表明,浆体中掺入SAP可提升混凝土的体积稳定性,但会降低其抗压强度。采用掺量为0.3%,粒径为75~125μm的C型SAP时,其内养护效应最佳,在SAP颗粒周围形成致密的层面过渡区壳,可最大程度减小SAP对混凝土的抗压强度的负面作用。 In order to solve the problem of high shrinkage faced by manufactured sand ultrahigh performance concrete(UHPC)low water/binder ratio,this paper investigate the internal curing effect of super absorbent polymer(SAP)on the workability,mechanical proper ties and durability of UHPC.The results show that the incorporation of SAP into UHPC can improve its volume stability,while decreases its mechanical strength.When 0.3%of SAP with particle sizes between 75~125μm is added into UHPC,the SAP can exhibit its internal curing effect optimally.In that situation,the compact interfacial transition shells around the SAP particles can mitigate the negative effect of SAP on the mechanical strength of UHPC to the largest extent.
