摘要 基于实地调研数据与统计数据,对黄山风景区门户型城镇汤口镇人口城镇化行为特征进行了分析,通过构建逻辑回归模型,探究了人口城镇化进程不同阶段的人口城镇化行为特征的影响因子,并最终得出景区门户型城镇人口城镇化行为特征的相关影响因素及其动力机制。结果发现:①从整体上来看,落户意愿特征、居住特征、社区交往特征、带眷特征等一系列特征是影响汤口镇人口城镇化质量的重要因素。②从内部影响因素来看,个体属性、居住条件、社区交往行为方式等多种要素的组合影响了汤口镇人口城镇化行为。从影响因素来分析人口城镇化的形成机制,有利于推动景区门户型城镇的高质量发展。 based on field survey data and statistical data,this paper analyzed the characteristics of the urbanization behavior of the population in Tangkou Town,a gateway town in the scenic spot.By constructing a logistic regression model,this paper explored the influencing factors of population urbanization behavior characteristics in different stages of population urbanization process,and finally obtained the relevant influencing factors and dynamic mechanism of population urbanization behavior characteristics of scenic gateway towns.The results showed that:①On the whole,a series of characteristics such as the willingness to settle down,the characteristics of residence,the characteristics of community communication,the characteristics of family members,etc.were important factors that affect the quality of the urbanization of the population in Tangkou Town.②From the perspective of its internal influencing factors,the combination of individual attributes,living conditions,community interaction behaviors,and other factors affected population urbanization behavior.From the influencing factors,this paper analyzed the formation mechanism of this reason to promote the high-quality development of the urbanization.
