摘要 夜间经济的可持续发展依赖于相关政策工具的合理选择、科学设计与有效实施。采用内容分析法对我国105份夜间经济政策文本进行了单元划分、条文编码和频数统计,进而从政策工具和发展系统两个维度对我国夜间经济政策进行了深入剖析。结果发现:①我国夜间经济供给型政策工具应用不足。②我国夜间经济环境型政策工具使用过溢。③我国夜间经济需求型政策工具内部结构不均。最后,从平衡政策工具应用、科学配套系统要素、精准匹配发展机制3个方面提出建议,以期为未来我国夜间经济政策的制定与完善提供理论参考。 The sustainable development of night-time economy depends on the reasonable selection,scientific design and effective implementation of relevant policy instruments.This paper used the content analysis method to divide thecontent unit,code the clauseandcount the frequenciesof 105 China′s night-time economy policy texts,then deeply analyzed China′s night-time economy policies from the two dimensions of policy instrument anddevelopment system.The results showed that:①The application of supply policy instrumentswas insufficient.②The use of environmentpolicy instrumentswas excessive.③The internal structure of demand policy instrumentswas uneven.Finally,the paper proposed some suggestions to provide a theoretical reference for the formulation and improvement of China′s night-time economy policy system:Balance the application of policy instruments,scientifically support system elements and precisely match the development mechanism.
