摘要 针对有机物影响煤化工浓盐水资源化利用的问题,比较了3种纳滤膜(NF1、NF270和DK)对煤化工浓盐水有机物的截留效能,探讨了有机物截留率随运行压力和pH变化的情况,针对截留效能最佳的NF270进行了纳滤回收率影响研究。结果表明,NF270的运行压力建议为1.75~2.50 MPa,pH为3.0~10.0可以不作调整,综合考虑氯化钠占无机盐质量分数和有机物截留率建议纳滤回收率取75%。当煤化工浓盐水使用NF270进行有机物截留时,在运行压力为2.00 MPa、pH为10.0、纳滤回收率为75%的条件下,有机物截留率可以达到60.74%。纳滤能够高效截留煤化工浓盐水中的腐殖酸类有机物和富里酸类有机物,而对芳香类蛋白、色氨酸蛋白、酚类、含氮杂环类和多环芳烃等有机物的截留效能较差。 Aiming at the problem that organic matters affect the resource utilization of coal chemical brine(CGB),3 types of nanofiltration membranes(NF1,NF270 and DK)were studied by comparing the rejection rate of organic matters.The effects of operational pressure and pH on the rejection efficiency were discussed.The effect of nanofiltration recovery rate of NF270 with the best rejection efficiency was additionally analyzed.Results showed that operational pressure of NF270 was suggested to be 1.75-2.50 MPa.It was unnecessary to adjust pH when pH was 3.0-10.0.Comprehensively considering NaCl percentage in inorganic salt and rejection rate of organic matters,nanofiltration recovery rate was suggested to be 75%.When CGB was treated by NF270 under the conditions of operational pressure 2.00 MPa,pH 10.0 and nanofiltration recovery rate 75%,organic matters rejection rate reached 60.74%.Nanofiltration could efficiently reject humic acids and fulvic acids,but reject aromatic protein,tryptophan-like protein,phenols,nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons uneffectively.
