摘要 国电智深的EDPF-NT+控制系统包含有几百块DCS卡件,这些卡件对现场设备运行起着监视和控制作用。在实际运行过程中,由于种种原因,导致运行人员不能及时发现故障卡件,严重威胁着机组运行安全。采用声光报警的方法对DCS卡件进行智能诊断,可有效解决DCS卡件故障不易被发现这一难题。 The EDPF-NT+control system of Guodian Zhishen contains hundreds of DCS CARDS,which play a monitoring and control role on the operation of field equipment.In the actual operation,because of various reasons,the operator could not find the fault card in time,which seriously threatened the operation safety of the unit.This paper introduces a method of using sound and light alarm to diagnose DCS parts intelligently,so as to solve the problem that DCS parts fault is not easy to be found.
