摘要 在“大众创业、万众创新”的社会格局影响下,创新驱动发展早已被视为引领社会和经济发展的第一动力。基于创新驱动下的产业升级等理论,分析滁州市经济发展及产业升级等现状并提出针对性对策。帮助滁州市紧紧抓住国家的创新驱动战略的大潮,积极引导滁州市经济社会的发展、承接长三角地区的先进产能、合理规划产业空间布局、促进产业结构升级,推动区域经济的又快又好发展。 Under the influence of the social pattern of“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”,innovation driven development has long been regarded as the first driving force to lead social and economic development.based on the theory of industrial upgrading driven by innovation,this paper analyzes the current situation of Chuzhou′s economic development and industrial upgrading,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.To help Chuzhou grasp the tide of national innovation driven strategy,actively guide Chuzhou's economic and social development,undertake the advanced production capacity of the Yangtze River Delta,reasonably plan the industrial spatial layout,and promote the upgrading of industrial structure,so as to promote the rapid and good development of regional economy.
