摘要 通过检测金针菇(Flammulina filiformis)子实体多糖FVPB1对小鼠B细胞的体外增殖、激活、分泌免疫球蛋白和白细胞介素-10(IL-10),以及调节IL-10相关信号通路的作用,评价FVPB1的免疫调节活性。结果表明:FVPB1可激活B细胞并促使其增殖、分泌免疫球蛋白IgG、IgM和产生IL-10,且可通过细胞外调节蛋白激酶、c-Jun氨基末端激酶和P38丝裂原活化蛋白激酶相关信号通路激活B细胞释放IL-10。 Heteropolysaccharide FVPB1 was purified from Flammulina velutipes fruiting body and evaluated for its biological activities on proliferation of mouse B cells,activation of spleen lymphocytes,and secretion of IgG,IgM and interleukin-10(IL-10)by mouse B cells in vitro.The results showed that FVPB1 stimulated B cells,promoted B cell proliferation,and increased secretion of IgG,IgM and IL-10 by B cells.FVPB1 activated Breg to release IL-10 via JNK,P38 and ERK1/2 signaling pathways.
