基于流固耦合的单一裂隙浆液扩散规律研究

摘要 为研究浆液在裂隙中的扩散规律,基于幂律流体的本构方程,推导出了幂律流体的浆液扩散方程。考虑围岩应力场和浆液流体场的双向耦合,运用数值模拟软件,建立考虑流固耦合作用的单一裂隙注浆模型,分析了注浆压力、浆液密度、裂隙开度等因素对浆液扩散和裂隙变形的影响。研究结果表明,注浆因素对浆液扩散半径的影响程度由高到低依次为:裂隙开度、注浆压力、浆液密度;注浆因素对裂隙最大变形量的影响程度由高到低依次为:注浆压力、裂隙开度、浆液密度。 The slurry diffusion equation of power-law fluid was derived based on the constitutive equation of powerlaw fluid,aiming to study the diffusion law of slurry in fissures,Considering the two-way coupling of the surrounding rock stress field and the slurry fluid field,a single fracture grouting model considering fluid-solid interaction is established using a finite element simulation software.A sensitivity study was performed to evaluate the influence of grouting pressure,slurry density,and crack opening on slurry spreading and crack deformation.It is found that the degree of influence of grouting factors on the dispersion radius of grout is in order from high to low:crack opening,grouting pressure,and slurry density;the degree of influence of grouting factors on maximum deformation of cracks is:Slurry pressure,crack opening,slurry density.
