基于IEC 60947-3和IEC 60617直译及意译浅析低压“隔离开关”的应用

摘要 随着工程项目的国际化,与国际标准(例如IEC等)转化相关的国家或行业标准越来越多,虽然这些转化后的"等同"标准为国际工程的执行提供了可靠的理论依据及设计基础,但是也存在部分标准在直译或意译后给后续执行带来困惑的问题。比较典型的例子就是因为"开关"的术语翻译,基于IEC 60947-3和IEC60617直译及意译导致了低压"隔离开关"正确应用被忽视,甚至是低压隔离开关的带负荷操作。通过与英文原版"标准对比""译文对照"以及从国际工程"惯例分析"入手,专门分析直译或意译对低压"隔离开关"带来的影响,希望给业内同行就低压"隔离开关"使用问题提供必要的解读,籍此在今后的执行中能够帮助准确应用。 With the internationalization of engineering projects,there are more and more national or industry standards related to the translation of international standards(such as IEC,etc.),although these translation"equivalent"standards provide a reliable theoretical basis for the implementation of international projects.but there are also some standards that have caused confusion for subsequent implementation after literal translation or free translation.A typical example is the translation of the term"switch",based on the literal translation and free translation of IEC 60947-3 and IEC 60617,resulting in incorrect application of low voltage"disconnectors",even on load operation of low-voltage disconnectors.The impact of literal or different translations on low-voltage disconnectors through the"standard comparison"and international engineering"conventional analysis"is analyzed.And necessary interpretations on the use of low-voltage"isolating switches"are provided,which can help accurate applications implementations.
