摘要同学段集团化办学是学区化集团化办学的一种重要形式,主要通过优质教育资源的共享,促进成员校的内涵发展。面对同学段集团化办学遭遇的社会责任担当、组织边界打通、资源恰当融入三大资源共享动力难题,上海在政策延续性、资源获得感、"在地化"共享等方面积累了丰富的经验。为了同学段集团的进一步发展,今后还应加强政策倾斜的力度、增强校际交流中的获得感、把握成员校改进的节奏和持续增强办学动力。The running of education group at the same section is an important form of school district group,which mainly promotes the development of internal member schools through the sharing of high-quality educational resources.Faced with the three problems of driving forces,i.e.social responsibility,organizational boundary opening,and appropriate integration of resources,Shanghai has accumulated rich experience in policy continuity,resource acquisition,and localizationsharing.For the further development,we should strengthen the policy preference,enhance the sense of acquisition in inter school exchanges,grasp the improvement pace of member schools,and continuously enhance the school running power.
