摘要本文通过对跨学段学区在学区化办学中优势与问题的分析,提出跨学段学区要走出一条具有跨学段特征的办学之路,应首先通过建立起"教育命运共同体"的发展愿景,实现抱团取暖、凝聚人心的目标。为建设好这一命运共同体,在具体行动方面,应通过寻求利益共同点来建立起动力机制、通过合作网络建设搭建起组织合作框架、通过治理工具应用为多主体参与提供平台、通过规则研制为共同体良性运作提供技术支持、通过合作内容的一体化设计为组织合作提供规划蓝图。based on the analysis of the advantages and problems of Cross School District in school running,this paper puts forward that in order to develop a school running road with cross school characteristics,cross school district should first establish the development vision of"community of educational destiny",so as to achieve the goal of solidarity and unity.In order to build this community,in terms of specific actions,we should establish a dynamic mechanism by seeking common interests,build an organizational cooperation framework through the construction of cooperation network,provide a platform for multi-agent participation through the application of governance tools,provide technical support for the benign operation of the community through the development of rules,and provide blueprintfor organizational cooperation through the integrated design of cooperation content.
