摘要高职院校特色发展的内涵应是共性与个性的统一、稳定与发展的统一、外因与内因的统一,体现独特性、稳定性、认可性和发展性。湖南汽车工程职业学院立足"双高计划",分别从校企合作、专业设置和"互联网+职业教育"三方面探索高职院校特色发展。通过对湖南汽车工程职业学院的特色发展案例进行分析发现,新时代高职院校特色发展的核心与关键是高职院校要凸显时代性特征这一基础,要构建特色教学体系这一核心,要体现社会服务价值这一保障。The connotation of characteristic development should be the unification between generality and individuality,stability and development,external causes and internal causes,which embodies itsuniqueness,stability,recognition and development.based on the"Double-high Plan",Hunan Automotive Engineering Vocational College has been exploring the characteristic development of higher vocational colleges in school-enterprise cooperation,specialty setting and"Internet+vocational education".The analyzation on this college shows that the core and key of the characteristic development of higher vocational colleges in new era is that higher vocational colleges should highlight the basis of the characteristics of the times,construct the characteristic teaching system,and embody the social service value.
