摘要受西方职业教育兴起和发展的影响,清末民初"实业教育"逐步向"职业教育"转型,其中,与经济社会密切相关、适用范围广泛的商科教育成为重点。实业教育阶段,商科教育体制陈旧、教学脱离实践、课程设置不合理等问题突显,影响了商业人才的培养,阻碍了社会经济的发展。民国初期教育界、商业界团体和有识之士,以强烈的忧民情怀、为民大爱和社会责任感,不断推动商科职业教育的改革发展,在明确培养目标,理论与实际并重,改革教学模式,强化课外训练,注重教材建设,开展与商界合作,实施商业补习、传习教育等方面,进行了实践探索,为促进社会经济发展作出了贡献。Influenced by the rise and development of vocational education of western countries,the"industrial education"gradually transformed into"vocational education"in the late Qing Dynasty and early Republic of China,in which business education,which is closely related to economy and society and widely applicable,became the focus.Under the industrial education,the basic reasons such as the outdated business education system,the separation of teaching from practice,and the unreasonable curriculum arrangement have seriously impacted the cultivation of business talents and hindered the development of social business economy.Organizations and people of insight in the education and business circles continue to promote the reform and development of business vocational education with strong concern for the people,great love for the people and a sense of social responsibility.They have explored and practiced in terms of clarifying training objectives,paying equal attention to both theory and practice,reforming teaching mode,strengthening extracurricular training,paying attention to the construction of teaching materials,cooperating with the business community,implementing business tutoring and learning education,etc.,and have made active efforts and great contributions for the development of society and economy.
