摘要 本文引入管理产品能力和差异化的中间投入品,对Kugler and Verhoogen(2012)的模型进行了扩展,认为加强创新保护通过提高中间投入品质量促进了企业出口产品质量提升,且互联网化引致的管理产品能力提高能加强创新保护对企业出口产品质量的促进作用。我们使用中国工业企业和海关数据库匹配的数据研究发现:加强创新保护本身及其通过激励企业使用高质量的进口中间投入品,提升了中国企业出口产品质量。这种提升作用因企业自身贸易方式、行业竞争程度以及地理区位不同而不同,对一般贸易、竞争程度较大行业和东部地区企业出口产品质量的提升作用更显著。此外,企业互联网化活动有利于发挥创新保护对中国企业出口产品质量的提升作用。 This paper introduces product management capabilities and differentiated intermediate inputs,extends Kugler and Verhoogen(2012)model,and shows that the strengthening of innovation protection can promote the export product quality by improving the quality of intermediate inputs.And the improvement of product management capacity brought by internetization of enterprises can enhance the promotion effect of innovation protection on the export product quality of enterprises.Using the database of Chinese industrial enterprises and customs data,we found that,the export product quality of Chinese enterprises can be promoted by the strengthening of innovation protection itself and by stimulating enterprises to use high-quality import intermediate inputs.This promotion effect varies with enterprises'own trade patterns,degree of industry competition and geographical locations.It has a more significant promotion effect on the of export product quality of enterprises in ordinary trade,highly competitive industries and eastern regions.In addition,the internetization activities of enterprises can promote the improvement effect of innovation protection on the export product quality of Chinese enterprises.
