摘要 为了研究不同球孢白僵菌菌株对家蚕的致病力以及生长发育的影响,采用球孢白僵菌TST、FDB、BF菌株感染家蚕,测定这3种菌株对家蚕卵和幼虫的致病力以及幼虫体质量、体长的影响。结果表明,3个菌株对家蚕卵无显著毒力,但对家蚕幼虫有较强的致病力。TST菌株侵染家蚕幼虫的累计死亡率最高,为96.67%;致死中时最短,为3.08 d;其菌丝覆盖家蚕表皮的时间也相对较短,为5.29 d。与对照组相比,TST菌株能够显著抑制家蚕幼虫体质量和体长的增长;TST菌株对家蚕幼虫的致死中浓度为2.25×106个/mL。 To study the effects of different Beauveria bassiana strains on the virulence and growth of the silkworm,the TST,FDB and BF strains of Beauveria bassiana were used to infect the silkworm,and the virulence of these three strains to the eggs and larvae of the silkworm and the impact on the body quality and length of the larvae were determined.The results showed that the three strains had no obvious virulence to silkworm eggs,but had strong pathogenicity to silkworm larvae.The cumulative mortality rate of TST strains infecting silkworm larvae was the highest,which was 96.67%,half-lethal time was the shortest(3.08 d),the time for hyphae covering the silkworm was relatively short(5.29 d).The TST strain could significantly inhibit the growth of the body quality and length of the silkworm larvae compared with the control group.The lethal concentration of the TST strain on the silkworm larvae was 2.25×106 spores/mL.
