摘要 三级医院对口帮扶对提升县级医院服务能力起着举足轻重的作用,可以有效配置区域基本医疗服务资源,有效缓解县域内居民看病难、看病贵问题。受博弈论启发,提出三级医院应该从医疗业务、人才培养、医院管理三个层面提供精细化的对口帮扶服务。双方唯有采取合理分工及紧密协作策略,才能有效解决负外部性问题,显著提升县级医院综合服务能力。 Counterpart-assistance from three-level hospitals has played an important role in promoting county hospitals’capabilities of medical services,which can allocate resources of regional basic health service and alleviated the problems such as the difficulty and high cost of getting medical treatments.Inspired by Game Theory,the study suggested that three-level hospitals should provide elaborate counterpart assistance services from three aspects:medical services,training of medical staffs and hospital management.Negative externalities can only be solved when both sides took strategies of rational division and close collaboration,which would obviously improved country hospitals’capabilities of integrated medical services.
