摘要 突发的新冠肺炎疫情已进入常态化防控时期。常态化疫情防控下,疫情所带来的持续性冲击使公立医院发展面临巨大压力。疫情倒逼下,公立医院必须重视经济管理加强成本管控。当下公立医院成本管控工作在意识、制度、机构、队伍素质、流程、信息化等方面均存在不足。文章建议通过树立常态化疫情防控成本管控观念、完善成本管控制度、健全成本管控组织体系、提高成本管控队伍素质、规范成本管控流程、提升成本管控信息化水平六大举措来强化常态化疫情防控下公立医院成本管控能力。 The outbreak of COVID-19 has entered a period of normal prevention and control.Under the normal epidemic prevention and control,the continuous impact of the epidemic has put great pressure on the development of public hospitals.Driven by the epidemic,public hospitals must attach importance to economic management and strengthen cost control.At present,the cost control of public hospitals is deficient in consciousness,system,organization,team quality,process and informatization.The article suggests six measures to strengthen the cost control ability of public hospitals under normal epidemic prevention and control:establishing the concept of cost control and control,improving the cost control system,improving the organizational system of cost control and control,improving the quality of the cost control team,standardizing the cost control process,and improving the informatization level of cost control.
