摘要 木薯是我国重要的经济作物,拥有大量的种植面积,但木薯的切种步骤仍大量采取手工作业。为提高切种效率、减少种植户劳动量,设计了一种双工位木薯种茎切割机。运用三维建模软件UG建立三维模型,导入Adams虚拟样机中进行仿真分析,并通过制作物理样机进行试验。结果表明:各项性能指标均满足设计要求,结构合理,可替代目前木薯切种步骤中的手工作业。 cassava is one of the three major potato species in the world and has a large area of cultivation in China.In order to improve the cutting efficiency and reduce the amount of labor of growers,a kind of double-position cassava stem cutting machine was put forward.Using 3D modeling software UG to establish a three-dimensional model and introduce Adams virtual prototype to conduct simulation analysis.Finally,through the production of physical prototype experiments,it is verified that all its performance indicators meet the design requirements and the machine design structure is reasonable.May replace the current cassava seed-stem cutting step taken by hand.
