摘要 从内涵研究、办学理念、动力机制、质量保障及应对策略等方面呈现了高职院校“百万扩招”研究的理论与实践的进展与现状。同时基于文献述评的视角,分析当前高职院校“百万扩招”相关文献在研究内容、研究方法以及研究思路层面存在的局限性。由此提出:高职院校“百万扩招”的研究应以多元参与主体视角展开,尤其是亟需形成“百万扩招”研究系统性理论架构与创新性政策制度,以及采用定性与定量相结合方法构建绩效评价体系等针对性建议。 The present study elaborated the theoretical and practical progress of research on the"million enrollment expansion"of higher vocational colleges from the aspects of connotation study,school-running principle,motivation mechanism,quality assurance and coping strategy.This study also analyzed the limitations of the current literature related to"million enrollment expansion"of higher vocational colleges in terms of research content,research methods and research ideas.Furthermore,several prospects of future research were put forward,such as carrying out research from the perspectives of diverse participants,constructing both systematic theoretical framework and innovative policy system,as well as using qualitative and quantitative methods to build a performance evaluation system.
