摘要 高等职业教育肩负着培养技术型人才的重要使命,“百万扩招”背景下,高职院校在招录方式、生源多元化、资源配置、产教融合等方面面临众多挑战,推动高等职业教育的高质量发展成为破题之策。高等职业教育的高质量发展应具有鲜明的类型特色、具有完善的现代职业教育体系、具备较强的服务社会发展能力等特征。为此,高职院校需遵循职业教育高质量发展的内在逻辑,明晰高职扩招的战略要义,探索多元化招生考试制度,打造双师素质的教师队伍,实施1+X证书制度,完善内外部质量保障体系,着力破解扩招的现实矛盾,保量的同时坚持保质。 Higher vocational education shoulders the important mission of cultivating technical talents.Under the background of"million enrollment expansion",higher vocational colleges face many challenges in recruiting methods,diversified student bodies,resource allocation,and industry-education integration.To respond to these challenges,it is necessary to promote the high-quality development of higher vocational colleges.The high-quality development of higher vocational education should have distinctive characteristics,a complete modern vocational education system and a strong ability to serve social development.Therefore,higher vocational colleges should(1)follow the inherent logic of the high-quality development of vocational education,(2)clarify the strategic importance of enrollment expansion,(3)explore diversified admissions and examination systems,(4)create a team of teachers with dual-qualification,(5)implement the 1+X certificate system,(6)improve both the internal and external quality assurance systems,(7)strive to solve the practical dilemma of enrollment expansion and(8)insist on maintaining quality while maintaining quantity.
