基于场域理论的高职院校资助育人模式探究

摘要 《中国教育现代化2035》将实现困难群体帮扶精准化,健全家庭困难学生资助体系,推进教育精准扶贫作为实现基本公共教育服务均等化的战略任务之一。提升高职院校资助育人能力是提升职业教育水平、促进贫困人口高质量就业服务能力提高、实现基本公共教育服务均等化的有效途径。基于场域理论提出高职院校资助育人工作场域结构,从顶层设计角度构建社会场和心理场联动的高职院校资助育人新模式,通过社会场与心理场在认知拓展、情感培养、价值观浸润三个维度的场域互构,有效激发学生资助工作者的场域联动意识及全局观念,也为检验高职院校资助工作育人成效提供参考维度。 In order to achieve the equalization of basic public education services,China’s educational modernization 2035 put forward promoting accurate poverty alleviation through education as one of the strategic tasks.Specifically,it aims to realize targeted poverty alleviation of disadvantaged groups and improve the financial aid system for students from disadvantaged families.Improving the educational function of subsidized education in higher vocational colleges is an effective way to improve the educational quality of vocational education,facilitate the working competence and service ability of disadvantaged groups and realize the equalization of basic public education services.based on the field theory,the current study put forward the field structure of subsidized education in higher vocational colleges and constructed a new model of subsidized education in higher vocational colleges from the perspectives of top-level design.Through the mutual construction of social field and psychological field in dimensions of cognitive expansion,emotional cultivation and immersive value cultivation,we can effectively stimulate the field linkage consciousness and overall concept of student financial aid workers.This model also provides a reference dimension for testing the effectiveness of funding work in higher vocational colleges.
