摘要 人工智能促进了产业结构的转型升级,改变了劳动组织方式,对职业院校专业人才培养提出了新要求,信息辨别能力、高级认知技能、复合型数字能力及社会情感能力等变得越来越重要。面对需求,目前职业院校人才培养存在的问题主要为目标定位不准确、课程教材内容陈旧、教学方法传统、评价方式单一及教师缺乏人工智能技术应用能力等。其发展路径主要包括:更新智能专业人才培养目标、加快构建“人工智能+”专业群、教学场景的智能化建设、倡导以人为本的情感教学原则、提升专业教师新技术应用能力及实施智能化专业教学动态评价等。 Artificial intelligence has promoted the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure,changed the way of labor organization,and put forward new requirements for the cultivation of professional talents in vocational colleges.Information screening ability,advanced cognitive skills,compound digital competence and social emotional ability have become more and more important.In the face of demand,the main problems of talent training in vocational colleges are the inaccurate target orientation,outdated content of curriculum teaching materials,old-school teaching methods and undiversified evaluation methods.It was also found that teachers in vocational colleges lack the application abilities of artificial intelligence technology.Several development paths of professional talents training in vocational colleges were suggested by the current paper,including:(1)updating the training goal of intelligent professional talents,(2)speeding up the construction of"artificial intelligence+"major clusters,(3)constructing intelligent teaching scenes,(4)advocating the principle of people-oriented emotional teaching,(5)improving the new technology application abilities of subject teachers and(6)implementing the intelligent dynamic evaluation of major teaching.
