摘要 日本的职业教育教师发展不仅融合了东西方文化的特点,而且具有典型的本国特色。从最初零散、标准不统一的应急师资发展状况,到职业训练指导员成为其职教师资的重要群体和来源,日本通过实用主义师资引进及培养方式、系统的法律法规保障、不断提高工资标准和福利待遇以及借鉴职业教育发达国家的职教师资培养模式,走出了一条属于自己的职业教育教师发展道路,极大地促进了本国经济和产业发展,可为我国的职教师资专业化发展提供启示。 The professional development of vocational education teachers in Japan not only integrates the characteristics of Eastern and Western cultures,but also has typical domestic characteristics.Initially,in the context of shortage of vocational education teachers,the professional development of vocational education teacher was fragmented with inconsistent standards.Later,vocational training instructors became an important group and source of vocational education teachers.Using pragmatic approaches,Japan has embarked on its own path of vocational education teacher development through the introduction and training of teachers,the systematic support of laws and regulations,the continuous improvement of wages and welfare,and the reference to the vocational education teacher training model of developed countries.By doing so,the economic and industrial development have been greatly promoted in Japan.We can improve the professional development of Chinese vocational education teachers by referring to the experience of Japan.
