摘要 [目的/意义]5G环境下数据创新需求日渐增长,但在数据流转过程中仍存在节点能力不足、数据规则乱序等隐忧,为寻求更加智能、便捷、高效的发展模式,数据生态链优化的必要性日益凸显。[方法/过程]以5G时代为背景,结合生态链的相关理论研究,通过类比法、文献研究法厘清5G与数据生态链发展关联与问题域,在此基础上提出5G环境下数据生态链的优化策略,并以科研数据生态链为例进行问题域及优化策略分析。[结果/结论]研究表明,5G环境下的数据生态链可以看成是一个以阶跃性、云化性、智慧性、敏捷性等为新特性,以实现数据结构迭代优化为目标,不断演化的可反馈的链式生态结构。但在5G环境下数据生态链还存在着节点能力不足、缺乏合作、新兴技术缺失、数据规则乱序等问题,文章针对这些问题,遵循"整体协同原则""刚—柔相济原则""动态开放原则""权责明晰原则",提出了"平台(P)—网络(N)—技术(T)—标准(S)"(PNTS)四位一体的优化策略,该策略有利于提升数据生态链节点的整体协同能力、联盟网络构建能力、新技术融合能力、数据标准化能力,从而提高5G环境下数据生态链的建设水平。 [Purpose/significance]In the 5 G environment,the demand for data innovation is growing day by day.However,in the process of data flow,there are still concerns such as insufficient node capacity and disordered data rules.In order to seek a more intelligent,convenient and efficient development mode,the necessity of data ecological chain optimization is becoming increasingly prominent.[Method/process]Taking 5 G era as the background,combining the relevant theoretical research of ecological chain,the relevance and problem domain of 5 G and the development of data ecological chain are clarified through analogy and literature research,on this basis,the optimization strategy of data ecological chain in 5 G environment is proposed,and the problem domain and optimization strategy are analyzed by taking the scientific research data ecological chain as an example.[Result/conclusion]The research shows that the data ecological chain in 5 G environment can be regarded as a feedback-able chain ecological structure that is constantly evolving with the new characteristics of step,cloud,intelligence,agility,etc.,and the goal of achieving the iterative optimization of data structure.The research also shows that the development of data ecological chain in 5 G environment is confronted with problems such as insufficient node capacity,lack of cooperation,lack of emerging technologies,and disorder of data rules.This paper addresses these issues,follow the principle of"principle of overall coordination""principle of combining hardness with softness""principle of dynamic openness""principle of clarity of rights and responsibility",the four-in-one optimization strategy of"Platform(P)-Network(N)-Technology(T)-Standard(S)"(PNTS)is proposed.This strategy is conducive to improving the overall node collaboration ability,alliance network building ability,new technology integration ability and data standardization ability of the data ecology chain,so as to improve the optimization level of the data ecology chain in 5 G environment.
