沼液对茶园土壤养分及茶叶品质的影响

摘要 为了提高茶叶的产量和品质,以及实现沼液资源化利用,通过试验探究了沼液对茶园土壤养分及茶叶品质的影响,即对茶园土壤不施肥,施化肥、沼液、沼液+减量化肥,对比分析茶园土壤养分及茶叶品质。试验表明,沼液配合减量化肥施用使茶园土壤的pH值升高,碱解氮含量较常规施肥提高了37.77%,有效磷含量较常规施肥提高了64.22%,速效钾含量较常规施肥提高了65.25%。此外,沼液配合减量化肥施用的酚氨比在8以下,产出茶叶制作的绿茶品质更好。沼液配合少量化肥优于常规施肥的效果,不仅能提高茶叶品质,减少化肥使用量,还能节约生产成本,可为化肥减量和沼液资源化利用提供新思路。 To improve the tea yield and quality and realize the resource utilization of biogas slurry,the study was conducted to investigate the effects of biogas slurry on soil nutrients and tea quality.The soil of the tea plantation was disposed with no fertilization,conventional fertilization,biogas slurry and biogas slurry+amount-reduced chemical fertilization respectively and then the corresponding soil nutrients and tea quality were compared.The results showed that the application of biogas slurry with amount-reduced chemical fertilizer increased soil pH,and alkaline hydrolysis nitrogen content increased by 37.77%,available phosphorus content and available potassium content increased by 64.22%and 65.25%respectively compared with those of conventional fertilizer.Furthermore,when the phenol-ammonia ratio of biogas slurry with amount-reduced fertilization was below 8,the produced tea can achieve better quality.The biogas slurry with less fertilizer not only improved the quality of tea,but also reduced the amount of chemical fertilizer use,saved the production cost,which provided new ideas for the less use of fertilizer and resource utilization of biogas slurry.
