摘要 医院安全不良事件管理对于发掘医院运行过程中存在的安全隐患、提升医疗质量、保障患者安全、防范医患纠纷均具有重要意义。旨在深度剖析当前医院安全不良事件管理运行中存在的问题,然后从构建管理制度体系→健全组织管理结构→完善管理岗位职责→设计核心管理流程→强化激励约束机制→构建覆盖全员的培训机制→落实报告结果分析与反馈等方面,提出医院安全不良事件管理体系构建的思考与展望,为各级医院构建不良事件管理体系提供参考依据。 Hospital safety adverse event management is of great significance to discover hidden safety hazards existing in hospital operation,improve medical quality,ensure patient safety,and prevent doctor-patient disputes.The article aims to deeply analyze the problems existing in the management and operation of current medical adverse events,and then from several aspects,just as building a management system→improving the organizational management structure→perfecting management position responsibilities→designing core management process→strengthening incentive and restraint mechanism→building a training mechanism covering all employees→implementing report result analysis and feedback,and put forward the thinking and prospect of the constructing of hospital adverse event management system,aiming to provide a reference for medical institutions at all levels to build a medical adverse event management system.
