摘要 主要研究几种不同类型表面活性剂对中性纤维素酶生物抛光效果的影响。以失重率为生物抛光效果指标进行单因素实验,最佳抛光条件:55℃、pH 6.5、中性纤维素酶0.1%(omf)、60 min、浴比1∶10。其中,BZK、M2001、NSF-7、APG、CAB-35与DIC促进生物抛光,强弱顺序为CAB-35、DIC、NSF-7、BZK、APG、M2001;AES、E-1310P抑制生物抛光,强弱顺序为AES、E-1310P;CAB-35和DIC(两性离子表面活性剂)增强酶液稳定性;APG和NSF-7(非离子表面活性剂)对酶液稳定性影响不大;M2001和BZK(阳离子表面活性剂)略降低酶液稳定性;E-1310P和AES(阴离子表面活性剂)大大降低酶液稳定性。 The effects of several different types of surfactants on the application effect of neutral cellu⁃lase biopolishing were mainly studied.Using the rate of weight loss as the index of the biopolishing effect to perform the single factor analysis,and the optimal polishing application conditions were as follows:55℃,pH 6.5,neutral cellulase 0.1%(omf),60 min,bath ratio 1∶10.Among them,BZK,M2001,NSF-7,APG,CAB-35 and DIC could promote the biopolishing,the specific strength order was:CAB-35,DIC,NSF-7,BZK,APG,M2001.AES and E-1310P could inhibit biopolishing,and the specific strength order was:AES,E-1310P.CAB-35 and DIC(Zwitterionic surfactant)could enhance the stability of the enzyme solution,APG and NSF-7(non-ionic surfactant)had little effect on the stability of the enzyme solution,M2001 and BZK(cationic surfac⁃tant)slightly reduced the stability of the enzyme solution,while E-1310P and AES(anionic surfactant)greatly reduced the stability of the enzyme solution.
