摘要 以壳聚糖对棉织物进行阳离子化改性,用石榴皮对改性的棉织物进行染色,优化壳聚糖改性和石榴皮染色工艺条件。壳聚糖改性工艺条件:壳聚糖用量20 g/L,80℃,60 min;石榴皮染料染色工艺条件:染料用量0.2 g/L,80℃,60 min,此条件下石榴皮染料染色壳聚糖改性棉织物的K/S值达最大值22.5。染色棉织物的耐摩擦色牢度和耐皂洗色牢度均达到或超过4级,满足服用要求。 Chitosan was used to cationize cotton fabric,the chitosan-modified cotton fabric was dyed with extracts from pomegranate peel and the modified and dyeing conditions were optimized.The optimal modified condition was chitosan 20 g/L,80℃,60 min.The optimal dyeing condition was dye 0.2 g/L,80℃,60 min.The color fastness property to washing and rubbing were grade 4 or higher,which can meet the wear⁃able demands.
