涤纶面料柔滑抗酚黄变整理技术的应用

摘要 涤纶面料常用含有伯氨基(—NH2)或仲氨基(—NRH)的硅油做柔滑整理,导致在储运过程中产生酚黄变现象,影响产品品质。以“赋予纺织品高附加值”为理念开发了涤纶面料柔滑抗酚黄变整理技术,涤纶织物经整理后抗酚黄变等级可以达到4级或以上,满足纺织品储运要求;同时赋予涤纶织物柔滑手感和较小的色变,耐摩擦色牢度不受影响,耐皂洗色牢度略有下降,但是下降幅度小于常规硅油与抗酚黄变剂同浴工艺。 The silicone oil containing primary amino group(—NH2)or secondary amino group(—NRH)was often used in polyester fabric for smooth finishing,which resulted in phenol yellowing in the process of storage and transportation and affected the quality of products.based on the concept of"giving textile high added value",the smooth anti-phenol yellowing finishing technology of polyester fabric was developed.After finishing,the anti-phenol yellowing grade of polyester fabric could reach 4 or above,which could meet the re⁃quirements of textile storage and transportation.At the same time,it gave polyester fabric smooth handle and small color change,the color fastness to rubbing was not affected,and the color fastness to soaping was slightly reduced,but the degree of decline was less than that of one-bath process of conventional silicone oil and phenol resistant yellowing agent.
