摘要 烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚(APEO)是一类广泛应用于纺织、印染、制革等行业的双亲型非离子表面活性剂,因应用于纺丝、织布、前处理、染色、印花、后整理等多个环节,为其识别和替代带来不少困难。由于APEO的毒性,各国政府、服装鞋类品牌、国际性行业协会都对其采取禁用或限用措施。回顾了APEO的应用现状、各个国家的法律法规、在纺织染整行业各环节的使用情况和可能来源。提出了关于促进APEO合规的4点建议:(1)完善物料追溯体系;(2)加快供应链信息披露;(3)积极寻找APEO的替代品;(4)参与行业间上下游相互联动,寻求解决方案。 Alkylphenol polyoxyethylene(APEO)is a kind of amphiphilic nonionic surfactant widely used in textile,printing and dyeing,leather and other industries.It is used in multiple processes such as spinning,weaving,pretreatment,dyeing,printing,finishing and other aspects,which brings many difficulties for its iden⁃tification and substitution.Due to the toxicity of APEO,governments,clothing and footwear brands and inter⁃national industry associations have taken measures to ban or restrict its use.The application status of APEO,the laws and regulations of various countries,the use of APEO in various links of textile dyeing and finishing industry and the possible sources were reviewed.Four suggestions were put forward to promote APEO com⁃pliance:(1)improve the material traceability system;(2)speed up the information disclosure of the supply chain;(3)actively look for substitutions for APEO;(4)participate in the interaction between upstream and down⁃stream industries to seek solutions.
