摘要 目的构建互联网医院护理专科慢性病管理模式。方法利用互联网医院网点和手机端连线互联网护理专科云门诊,选拔坐诊专科护士并培训,基于互联网医院开设慢性病管理专科门诊,建立慢性病管理专科门诊工作流程,开通互联网医院慢性病管理专科门诊服务功能,并完善互联网医院慢性病管理专科门诊运行的质量控制体系。结果互联网护理专科门诊慢性病管理后患者就诊花费时间、陪同人员、半年住院次数、半年医疗费用低于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。互联网护理专科门诊慢性病管理后高血压患者心率、血压低于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论互联网医院慢性病管理模式的构建实现了慢性病患者全程护理,较大程度满足了患者的需求,同时也拓宽了护士职业和护理学科发展的道路。 Objective To explore the effect of chronic hospital management model in Internet hospitals.Methods Used Internet hospital outlets and mobile phones to connected to the Internet Nursing Specialty Cloud Clinic,selected and trained specialist nurses,opened chronic disease management specialist outpatient clinics based on Internet hospitals,established chronic disease management specialist outpatient clinic work processes,and opened the Internet hospital chronic disease management specialist outpatient service functions,and improved the quality control system for the operation of specialized outpatient clinics for chronic disease management in Internet hospitals.Results After the Internet hospital chronic disease management,medical time,the number of accompanying officials and hospitalizations in half a year,medical expenses were lower than before,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.01).Blood pressure and heart rate of hypertensive patients were lower than before,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion The construction of the chronic hospital management model in the Internet hospital has realized the whole-course nursing of patients,which has greatly satisfied the needs of patients,and broadened the development path of nurses'occupation and nursing disciplines.
