摘要 目的探讨根据儿童早期预警评分进行护理人力资源配置在PICU护理工作中的应用效果。方法根据儿童早期预警评分的结果判断患儿病情危重程度及护理需求情况,进行护理人力资源的调配,对实施前后的各项护理质量指标、医生对护理工作满意度、护士对护理人力资源配置满意度、患儿或家属对护理工作满意度对比。结果使用儿童早期预警评分进行动态调整PICU的护理人力资源后,护理安全管理、基础护理、危重患儿护理、护理文件书写、急救药品和物品、医院感染管理等各项质量指标及医生、护士、患儿及家属的满意度得分均显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论应用儿童早期预警评分系统可根据患儿病情合理安排护理工作,充分、有效的指导PICU护理人力资源调配,可提高危重症患儿护理质量及满意度。 Objective To explore the application effect of Pediatric Early Warning Score(PEWS)on PICU nursing human resource allocation.Methods PEWS was used to access critical degree of children's condition and nursing needs in PICU,allocate nursing human resources and workload.The effect of nursing quality,doctors'satisfaction for nursing work,nurses'satisfaction,children or family members'satisfaction before and after the implementation were compared.Results After dynamical adjustment of PICU nursing human resources with PEWS,the scores of nursing safety management,fundamental nursing,quality of nursing for critically ill children were significantly improved.Nursing documents,first-aid drugs,hospital infection and satisfaction of doctors,nurses,children and their families were significantly improved(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion Application of PEWS can reasonably arrange nursing work,effectively guide the allocation of nursing human resources in PICU,and improve the nursing quality of critically ill children and satisfaction.
