摘要 研究了利用电离常数法和活度系数模型法确定湿法冶金过程中硫酸体系溶液酸度,确定硫酸溶液、硫酸铜溶液和硫酸锌溶液体系H+活度系数、pH与酸度之间的对应关系,并通过试验进行校验。结果表明:根据[H+]计算模型建立的硫酸类溶液pH与酸度的对应关系式可用于计算溶液酸度,计算结果与试验值接近;根据pH-硫酸浓度之间的关系,可由溶液pH和主要元素浓度推算溶液酸度。 The determination of hydrometallurgical sulfate system solution acidity by ionization constant method and activity coefficient model method was investigated.Activity coefficient of H+and the relationship between pH and acidity of H2SO4 solution,CuSO4 solution and ZnSO4 solution were studied.The results were verified by experiments.The results show that the corresponding relationship between pH and sulfuric acid solution acidity established according to[H+]calculation model can be used to calculate the of solution acidity,and the calculated results are close to the experimental values.According to the relationship between pH and sulfuric acid concentration,the solution acidity can be calculated from the solution pH and main elements concentration.
