摘要 采用加盐氧化焙烧—硫酸浸出工艺从铜阳极泥中回收铜和银,考察了焙烧及浸出条件对铜、银浸出率的影响。结果表明:铜阳极泥50 g,在硝酸钠用量10 g、650℃条件下焙烧2.5 h,然后在硫酸加入量7.5 g、液固体积质量比5/1、85℃下浸出2 h,铜、银浸出率分别为96.38%、96.67%,有较好的浸出效果。 The leaching of copper and silver from copper anode slime by salt oxidizing roasting-sulfuric acid leaching process was investigated.The effects of roasting and leaching conditions on leaching of copper and silver were examined.The results show that the copper anode slime 50 g,which is roasted under the conditions of NaNO3 dosage of 10 g,temperature of 650℃,reaction time of 2.5 h,then is leached using sulfuric acid under the conditions of sulfuric acid dosage of 7.5 g,liquid volume-to-solid mass ratio of 5/1,leaching temperature of 85℃and leaching time of 2.0 h,the leaching of copper and silver are 96.38%and 96.67%,the leaching effect is good.
