聚乙烯醇/壳聚糖复合泡沫吸附剂的制备及对镍离子的吸附性能试验研究

摘要 研究了采用化学发泡法制备多孔聚乙烯醇/壳聚糖复合泡沫吸附剂,并用以从溶液中吸附Ni2+,利用扫描电镜和傅立叶变换红外光谱仪对所制备复合泡沫吸附剂进行表征,考察了溶液pH、溶液中Ni2+初始质量浓度及吸附时间对复合泡沫吸附剂吸附Ni2+的影响。结果表明:聚乙烯醇与壳聚糖在一定条件下,通过适量致孔剂、发泡剂的作用,可以复合成具有内部多孔网络结构的泡沫吸附剂;聚乙烯醇和壳聚糖之间具有很好的兼容性;复合泡沫吸附剂对镍离子有较高吸附量,当溶液pH=6时,吸附量约为80 mg/g。 A macro porous polyvinyl alcohol/chitosan composite foam adsorbent(PVA/CTS)was prepared by chemical expansion and used to adsorb nickel ions from aqueous solutions.The foam adsorbent was characterized by scanning electron microscope and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.The effects of solution initial pH,initial concentration of Ni2+in solution and adsorption time on adsorption of Ni2+by composite foam adsorbent were investigated.The results show that under certain conditions,polyvinyl alcohol and chitosan can be compounded into foam adsorbent with many heterogeneous porous structure by the action of appropriate amount of pore-forming agent and foaming agent.There is good compatibility between polyvinyl alcohol and chitosan.Composite foam adsorbent has high adsorption capacity for Ni2+,and the adsorption capacity is about 80 mg/g when the solution pH=6.
