摘要 研究了以亚硫酸铵为还原剂从电解锰阳极液中还原回收硒,考察了硫酸浓度、反应温度、反应时间和亚硫酸铵用量对硒还原率的影响。结果表明:在硫酸浓度0.33 mol/L、反应温度90℃、反应时间120 min、亚硫酸铵用量0.8 g/L条件下,模拟与实际电解锰阳极液中的硒还原率分别达95%和93%,还原效果较好。 The reduction of selenium in electrolytic manganese anodic solution using ammonium sulfite as reducing agent was studied.The effects of sulfuric acid concentration,reaction temperature,reaction time and ammonium sulfite dosage on reduction rate of selenium were examined.The results show that under the conditions of sulfuric acid concentration of 0.33 mol/L,reaction temperature of 90℃,reaction time of 120 min,and ammonium sulfite dosage of 0.8 g/L,the reduction rate of selenium in simulated electrolytic manganese anode solution and actual anode solution reach 95%and 93%,respectively with good effect.
