摘要 针对印染废水膜浓缩液含盐量高、可生化性差等特点,以铁碳陶粒为催化填料,耦合微电解和非均相Fenton工艺进行处理。中试运行结果表明,CODCr、苯胺、总磷、氨氮、总氮最高去除率分别达到87.8%、95.3%、90.6%、76.9%、72.8%,色度可降至15倍以下,出水满足《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 4287—2012)表2直接排放标准要求。该工艺运行效果稳定,直接运行费用约为4.99元/t。 The membrane concentrate from dyeing wastewater has high salt content and poor biodegradability,which was treated by micro-electrolysis coupling heterogeneous Fenton-like system using iron-carbon ceramsite as catalytic filler.The pilot test results showed that the highest removal rates of major pollution indicators such as CODCr,aniline,total phosphorus,ammonia nitrogen,and total nitrogen reached 87.8%,95.3%,90.6%,76.9%and 72.8%,respectively,and the chroma decreased to less than 15 times.The effluent met the direct emission standard of Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Dyeing and Finishing Industry(GB 4287—2012).The operation effect of this process is stable,and the direct operation cost is about 4.99 yuan/t.
