摘要 随着人们对于消防安全的日趋重视,阻燃长丝的需求量日益增长,如何使用更低成本生产质量更优、阻燃效果稳定的阻燃产品是研究探讨的方向。经过系列试验,在熔体直纺生产线上,利用在线添加技术,采用反应型共混法,成功制得阻燃长丝。测试结果证明其物性指标明显优于共聚法生产的产品,其成本优于共混切片法生产的产品,阻燃效果理想,磷含量可灵活调整,具有推广价值。 With people’s increasing attention to fire safety, the demand for flame retardant filament is increasing. How to use lower cost to produce flame retardant products with better quality and stable flame retardant effect is the research direction. After a series of tests, on the melt direct spinning production line, using online addition technology, using the reactive blending method, the flame retardant filament was prepared successfully. The test results show that the physical property of the product is better than that of the product produced by copolymerization, it’s cost is better than that of blended chip spinning, the flame retardant effect is ideal, and the phosphorus content can be adjusted flexibly, which is worthy of popularization.
