层状双氢氧化物掺杂Cu2O/PAN光催化纤维的制备及性能

摘要 层状双氢氧化物(LDHs)作为柔性化学材料,具有可调节的电子性能和独特的二维结构。构建了Ni3Fe1-LDH@Cu2O异质结构光催化剂,并将其负载于聚丙烯腈(PAN)纳米纤维膜上。通过在可见光下对亚甲基蓝(MB)的降解来评价不同Ni3Fe1-LDH@Cu2O添加量的光催化纤维的性能。在暗室吸附30 min、可见光照射60 min后,MB的降解效率从纯PAN的43.3%提高到5%Ni3Fe1-LDH@Cu2O/PAN的86.7%。通过SEM、BET、力学性能等测试最终挑选出Ni3Fe1-LDH@Cu2O质量分数为5%的光催化纤维效果最佳。 As a flexible chemical material,layered double hydroxide(LDH) has adjustable electronic properties and a unique two-dimensional structure.In this paper,a Ni3Fe1-LDH@Cu2O heterostructure photocatalyst was constructed and supported on PAN nanofiber membrane.The performance of photo catalytic fibers with different addition amounts of Ni3Fe1-LDH@Cu2O was evaluated by degrading methyl blue(MB) under visible light.After 30 minutes of absorption in a dark room and 60 minutes of visible light irradiation,the removal efficiency of MB increased from PAN(43.3%) to 5% Ni3Fe1-LDH@Cu2O/PAN(86.7%).In addition,through SEM,BET,mechanical strength and other performance tests,a photoacatalytic fiber with Ni3Fe1-LDH@Cu2O addition amount of 5% was selectad for the best effect.
