摘要 介绍了合成一种新型的兼具抗菌和pH检测作用的离子液体修饰的纳米粒子的方法。首先合成1-三甲氧基甲硅烷基-丙基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐(SpmImCl),并进一步接枝到二氧化硅纳米颗粒表面,然后通过阴离子交换将具有pH响应性的甲酚红阴离子(CR-)引入纳米粒子表面得到具有pH响应性的离子液体修饰纳米粒子SiO2-SpmImCR。该纳米粒子的颜色可以随着pH值的改变而发生可逆性的改变,在酸性和碱性-中性条件下分别为黄色和紫红色,其循环使用10次后仍然保持很好的pH响应性。此外,该纳米粒子对金黄葡萄球菌还具有一定的抗菌作用。 A method to synthesizea new type of ionic liquid modified nanoparticles with antibacterial andp H detection functions was introduced. Firstly, 1-trimethoxysilyl propyl-3-methyl-imidazolium chlorine(Spm Im Cl) group was synthesized and further grafted to the surface of SiO2 nanoparticles, and then p H-re-sponsive cresol red anions were introduced into the surface of the nanoparticles through anion exchange toobtain p H-responsive ionic liquid modified nanoparticles SiO2-Spm Im CR. The color of the nanoparticleould be reversibly changed with the change of p H value, and it was yellow and purple under acidic and alka-line-neutral conditions, respectively. It still maintained good p H responsiveness after ten cycles of use. Inaddition, the nanoparticles also had a certain antibacterial effect on Staphylococcus aureus.
