矿用小直径等壁厚螺杆马达的研究与应用

摘要 针对煤矿井下直径73mm规格定向钻具组合孔底回转切削动力小、岩层滑动定向钻进效率低的难题,对矿用小直径等壁厚螺杆马达进行了研究。综合分析等壁厚螺杆马达技术发展与煤矿井下近水平定向钻进工况特点,研制了矿用Φ73mm等壁厚螺杆马达,并与常规螺杆马达进行了性能对比测试,在煤矿井下底板岩层定向孔中进行了实钻应用。结果表明:矿用小直径等壁厚螺杆马达的额定扭矩较同规格常规螺杆马达可提高1倍左右,相同岩层条件下,滑动定向钻进的机械效率可提高30%以上。小直径等壁厚螺杆马达为提高煤矿井下岩层孔滑动定向钻进效率提供了新的手段。 Aiming at the problems of low power in rotary cutting and low efficiency in sliding directional drilling of 73 mm diameter directional drilling assembly in coal mine,the research of minor-diameter and equal-wall-thickness screw motor for mining is carried out.The technical development of equal-wall-thickness screw motor and the characteristics of near horizontal directional drilling in coal mine are comprehensively analyzed.A screw motor with equal wall thickness ofΦ73 mm for mining is developed.The performance of the new motor was compared with that of the conventional motor,and it was applied in the directional hole drilling of the floor rock in the coal mine.The results show that the rated torque of a minor-diameter equal-wallthickness screw motor can be increased by about 1 time compared to conventional screw motors of the same specifications.Under the same rock formation conditions,the mechanical efficiency of sliding directional drilling can be increased by more than30%.The minor-diameter equal-wall-thickness screw motor provides a new method for improving the efficiency of sliding directional drilling in rock formation holes in underground coal mines.
