摘要 在全尾砂充填工艺中,所制备的充填料浆质量对整体充填工艺具有重要影响。针对推进式、六叶开启式、六直叶圆盘式等3种常见的搅拌机桨叶的搅拌作用进行了数值模拟分析研究,并使用Syamlal-O'Brien曳力模型,得到了不同桨叶的模拟数据。对比了不同桨叶的搅拌作用下,料浆在轴向和径向上的流体运动速度及体积分数,确定搅拌机的最佳转速为90r/min。相同转速下,推进式叶片搅拌的料浆体积分数在整个搅拌槽内基本一致,均匀度更好,且在轴向上有更好的搅拌效果。 In the whole tailings filling process,the quality of the slurry has an important influence on the overall filling process.The numerical simulation analysis of the mixing effect of three kinds of common mixer blades,such as propelling type,sixblade open type and six-straight-blade disc type,was carried out.And the simulation data of different blades were obtained by using Syamlal-O’Brien drag model.The fluid velocity and volume fraction of the slurry in axial and radial direction were compared under the stirring action of different blades,and the optimal rotating speed of the mixer was determined to be 90 r/min.At the same rotating speed,under the stirring action of propelling type blade,the volume fraction of slurry in the whole mixing tank is basically the same,the uniformity is better,and the axial stirring effect is better.
