摘要 为了在市域社会治理现代化进程中激发公安民警的活力、动力和潜力,需要加快公安民警绩效考核科学化进程。构建科学的公安民警绩效考核体系有利于打造公安铁军,有利于从严治警,有利于提升民警的履职能力。但是,在市域社会治理现代化的视角下,公安民警绩效考核在科学化方面却存在着一系列问题。为此,应该从绩效考核指标设置、绩效考核程序操作和绩效考核结果运用等三个方面来全面实现公安民警绩效考核科学化。 In order to stimulate the vitality,motivation and potential of police officers in the process of urban social governance modernization,it is necessary to accelerate the scientific process of police performance assessment.Constructing a scientific police performance appraisal system is conducive to building an iron police force,to strictly governing the police,and to enhancing the police's ability to perform their duties.However,from the perspective of the modernization of urban social governance,there are a series of problems in the scientific aspect of the performance assessment of police.Therefore,it is necessary to realize the scientific performance appraisal of police from three aspects:setting up performance appraisal index,operation of performance appraisal procedure and application of performance appraisal results.
