摘要 大数据时代已全面来临,公安工作对于大数据人才的需求与日俱增。公安大数据人才培养应着重提升其大数据分析能力、发现和界定问题的能力、大数据思维和职业道德,以及公安知识基础、数学基础、大数据基础、大数据技术及应用基础等全面的知识基础。应利用“数据警务技术”专业设置培养兼备技术型和应用型的公安大数据人才。 With the advent of big data era,the demand of police work for big data talents is increasing day by day.The training of police big data talents should focus on improving their ability of big data analysis,ability of discovering and defining problems,big data thinking and professional ethics,as well as the public security knowledge foundation,the mathematics foundation,the big data foundation,the big data technology and the application foundation and so on comprehensive knowledge foundation.We should make use of the establishment of"data policing technology"specialty to cultivate police big data talents with both technology and application characteristics.
