摘要 公安院校青年警体教师具备双重身份,既是光荣的人民教师,又是人民警察,肩负着双重使命。公安院校青年警体教师不仅应在业务素质上下功夫,也要在思想上做学生的引领者,以教师特有的人格魅力影响学生,全方位当好学生的领路人。青年警体教师必须具备良好的政治素质、职业道德和适应现代高科技快速发展的过硬的业务素质。 Young police teachers in police colleges and universities have a dual identity,both the glorious people's teachers and the people's police,and shoulder a dual mission.Young police teachers in police colleges and universities should not only work hard on professional quality,but also be leaders of students in thought,influence students with the unique personality charm of teachers,and be good leaders of students in all aspects.Young police teachers must have good political quality,professional ethics and excellent professional quality to adapt to the rapid development of modern high-tech.
