摘要 公安院校刑事诉讼法学课程教学担负着知识传授、能力培养和素质提升等目标要求。刑事诉讼法学“课程思政”是公安专业人才培养的内在逻辑,也是“一课双责”的必然要求。刑事诉讼法学的教学要以习近平法治思想为指导,聚焦政治认同、家国情怀、品德修养、职业精神等方面的价值引领,有效落实立德树人根本任务。同时,在教学中还要合理承接前期课程的知识供给,努力促进前沿成果的实践融入,不断强化知识传授的底蕴建设,辩证看待方法手段的助力赋能。 The teaching of criminal procedure law in public security colleges and universities bears the requirements of students'knowledge acquisition,ability improvement and quality cultivation.At present,the ideological and political education in the course of criminal procedure law is the internal logic of training public security professionals,and it is also the inevitable requirement of“one lesson,two responsibilities”.In the teaching of criminal procedure law,under the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law,focusing on the value orientation of political identity,native land emotion,moral cultivation,professional spirit,etc.,the fundamental task of cultivating people by virtue is fulfilled.The teaching of criminal procedure law course should reasonably undertake the knowledge supply of previous courses,pay attention to promoting the practical integration of cutting-edge achievements,promote the foundation construction of rich knowledge transfer,and dialectically treat the empowerment of methods and means.
